Install XP Driver for Windows 8 on ASUS P5PE-VM motherboard series

I have download Windows 8.iso from microsoft long months ago. But i never try to install it to the computer. Until at least this day i want to try running this OS that very crowd out there to my computer. The bad news is, the motherboard and driver i have truly not support for this OS. This series is ASUS P5PE-VM with Pentium D Dualcore 2,66Ghz processors inside. AGP NVIDIA MX-400, RAM DDR 2x 512Mb all i have on CPU really bad for Windows 8. But when can i see Windows 8 features on my own computer if i don't try to install it ? Big question inside my head.

So i decide to install this to my MOBO [ fuck the problems will present; my head says ]. Installation successfully, but it takes times too long. I think it because of unsupported peripherals of mine [ maybe ].

Time to install all drivers need. But again the bad is the driver not support for that system. Think again and i found the answer by routine. 

This my steps alongside to install xp driver for windows 8 so it compatible to it.

First i go to setting to sett user account setting until lower security.

I copied all drivers from my MOBO CD to the desktop, i never running autoplay since i can run a computer.

Open the CD drive to explore CD contents and i copy each driver folder to the desktop

Next for the first time, i install the driver for Intel chipset. 

How to :

Open chipset driver folder, find setup.exe. Don't use execution file with ASUS logo 'cause it's will autorun so you can't control it. Right click setup.exe chose Properties then on the next window tab Compatibility. Change the setting so it will be Compatible to Windows XP SP3 then Apply and OK.

Back again to setup.exe ten right click and Run as Administrator. Reboot after finish

Next do the same way to LAN driver. Hit Finish after installation.

It will asked you to reboot the system, just say Yes

The last driver to install is SoundMax audio driver. Do the same way as before.

Next, next and next to install such an easy for a child. But at the end of installation finished a warning present and it say Driver Not Found. Uuffff.....fuckin' shit damn bulshit it happens at the end. Have reboot the system each time but task bar show sound icon in red cross only. God..i have no sound in my computer.

Next decide to right click Computer then Manage and click on Device Manager. Yes Sound driver in yellow icon.

What next ???...don't worry, you only need to right click Multimedia Audio Device then Update driver. Chose Let me chose..on next window. And browse to the desktop where i've paste the audio driver folder then double click the audi driver folder and chose xp2k driver folder.

Next windows says this to Device Manager after system rebooted

Copy some mp3 files to my Music then i run 'em with Windows Media Player, Now Lenka singing and has her sound back as suppose to be.

Voila....Now Windows 8 runs perfect in my ASUS P5PE-VM with Pentium D Dualcore inside. Big surprise for a stupid man like ME.

Repair Bad Applications On NOKIA X3-00 RM-504

Due to bad software repair process can make some troubles to the phone. In case the phone on my hand was middle east variant for the original firmware version. It has changed to Indonesia variant without problem, but all original NOKIA application has gone out of the phone, the owner complain it to the man. But he can't do anything and can't give any reason to the owner. The question is how he can do the flashing to the phone but he doesn't know the problem after. The device can't run any application such as  facebook, opera, and even it could not open an image file.

The only reason is he got flashed a corrupt firmware to the phone, especially on contents file. Come follow me how to fix it.

First download X3-00 RM-504 flash firmware to your computer or you can save downloaded file straight to C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix.

Use Nokia Data Package Manager to download the firmware, it will gives you safe firmware to flash.

Now i have the latest firmware for the phone, and the phone has old firmware version in it.

Next Launch Phonex Service Software. Hit File chose Open product.

Scroll search bar to find the phone type on the next window and hit OK

Next tab Flashing and hose Firmware Update

Then Firmware Update window will show, press Browse to locate Product Path you've made on setting and hit OK

After phone firmware added give check to [v] Dead phone USB flashing

Don't hit Refurbish at now, because exactly what we need is only a content file to write to the phone. Hit Option to edit firmware and delete unneeded file to write. But in my way i want to renew the phone using this latest firmware version, so i do not need to delete MCU and PPM on it.

The blue light above means the firmware need to write. Others unneeded in order if only want to fix application error. Chose one by one MCU and PPM then hit Delete out of the list. [ remember i want to renew so i don't need to delete any ] and hit OK.

Next back to Flashing main menu and prepare USB cable, phone, and so phone battery then press Refurbish

If the window Updating succeeded present hit OK

Pess Close to main window

FINISH

Now turn on the phone. Little setting for time and date need to perform for booting the phone. Pass next settings present.

On the keyboard type *#7780# to reset the phone after flashing. If ask a security code type 12345 and press OK. Wait phone to load again and sett the date and time.

Now go to menu and run all phone applications there.I guarantee to you all of them will run good. That's all what we needs to do.

Full Flashing Nokia 5730S via MXKey v3.5 Rev2.6

Before doing full flashing on each phone generation of NOKIA we need to do some important steps at first. At least we've backup the original phone data, so when comes any trouble after flash we have the medicine to make it back to the condition. Lately i really don't want to buy a new F-bus flash cable anymore, because it will useless by time. So what we need is only a compatible USB cable. Now let's do it

Open mobilEx v3.5 rev2.6, chose Nokia USB ROM for connection. Press Connect then chose Nokia Service Tool.

If you have made correct setting on MXKey Settings for product path, you can put your phone firmware folder into it.

And it will automatically added to the Files setting when Browse button pressed.

Go ahead

After all files added press Bus Check. If you have error in connection you can try my method:

First before Clicking Bus Check do not plug the USB cable to phone. Remove Battery from phone, make sure battery charged.

After click Bus Check see to mobilEx log, there will be a message 'Waiting Nokia USB ROM device..' this is the time to plug the USB cable to the phone, and then insert battery to phone. Now MXKey should detect the device. Reply again if doesn't work. In error making configuration of mobilEx and phone continuously it could be a hardware problem to the phone. You can check VIO on the machine.

If there is nothing problem to configuration phone and mobilEx, now we can do more further steps.

On the establish connection we can see to the log of phone software specifications readout. Be careful to the message comes on the log because it will warn you when a job is too risk to do. for example see one of the message as below 

Now tab Service before doing full flash. you can get everything important about the phone there. You can perform Test the phone, backup phone PM data and so the most important is backing up the .ask or .rpl if it support. If you can't backup .rpl you can only backup .ask then you can calc the .ask to .rpl using UFS Tornado.

You better to backup the important data from the phone on the next step

If you want to check out the hardware trouble to phone you can go to Phone Test

Go to IMEI & Security for solved some problems list there. If you want reset user code you can do there.

Read simlock status on phone

Backup .ask or .rpl

If want to repair .rpl or unlock the phone go Online Logger

If only want to perform full flash now its the time, cause every important data have backed up

back to tab Flash and press Flash button

Wait untill finish flashing process then tab Service back, read Phone info and press Reset All

Say YES to the warning

All done and safely disconnect pull out USB cable and phone battery

Note : After you have download the installer it can't be run. Double click downloaded file then chose to open wit WINRAR or 7z. Then you will got the installer package msi. Now it's can be run.

Before you install the new version please don't uninstall the old version. So it won't be asking you to Sign Application first at the first time you run the new version.

At the installation process it will ask you to uninstall the old version, this the time to uninstall the old version. Just click YES on the window to uninstall.

After finishing installation, run your mobilEx v3.5 rev2.6 and when it's open won't need to Sign Application. Next step press Syncronize Files so it will gives you the most valueable update.

Press Update to get them all. Make sure the internet connection is in good. Kill your anti virus process until update finish. After that update finish press YES to restart mobilEx.
